Action Socialization Experiences

Known at some facilities as “Low Ropes”, the ASEs are elements facilitated in a way that drives a group to collaborate to solve problems and achieve goals. Through experiential learning, groups get to know each others’ strengths and weaknesses, and what each individual adds to the team. Understanding each other is the first step to working well together in any environment.

Confidence Course

Every strong team has a good support system. To have confidence in the team, each team member must feel supported and encouraged by the rest of the team.  The Confidence Course gives each team member the opportunity to face an individual challenge, while relying on his or her team for support.  Building confidence in a group creates an environment in which individuals feel they are an important part of the team and are encouraged to participate fully in team projects.

High Ropes Course

The key to optimizing a group’s overall synergy is pushing each person out of his or her comfort zone and challenging the group to work together. What better way to achieve this than putting them thirty feet in the air! Our high ropes course features seven thrilling elements designed to challenge participants physically, mentally, and emotionally in order to build trust and camaraderie within the team. Our well-trained belayers maintain the highest standards of safety and help each team member achieve his or her individual goals.
